DESCRIPTION:After last Faro Retreat success\, we will return end of September for an immersion into somatic healing\, yoga\, face yoga and meditation in one of the last paradises in Europe\, overlooking Cabo Sao Vicente\, next to Faro. With exclusive residency the uniqueness of this retreat is that there is an emphasis on individual needs with more therapeutic approach to take care of your mind\, body heart.  \n\n\n\nOur days will be filled with both regenerating and nurturing sessions of pure wellness through yoga\, somatics\, mediation\, face yoga\, body mind centering and art therapy and more. We choose this exceptional location in a wild untouched region soaked in Atlantic Energy and Southern light to allow time in connection (we all need yoga right now !) Breathing in the floral ocean breeze\, enjoying silence with just the waves and birds to feel the sun and wind on our being.  \n\n\n\n Fernando and Eva will host us in their lovely guest house. They will share their inspiring lifestyle with us and Fernando will prepare 3 nourishing meals a day from the harvest of his vegetable garden and orchard\, as well as other locally grown products.  \n\n\n\nCost includes Double  sharing 1350 per person (2 rooms with twin beds) or one double room. Not including flights or transport from airport to site 90€ (one way) for up to 1-5people  \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nThis Retreat is for : \n\n\n\nThose looking for new wellness experiences. Taking time to bring attention to your body and mind\, intuitive nature. Going on retreat is an invaluable practice that helps us stay connected to ourselves in our daily lives. Our Retreat will include different ateliers given by Sabine and myself.  \n\n\n\nI will be drawing inspiration from the natural world\, Yoga\, Chinese Medicine\, Buddhist mindfulness\, and illuminating poetry and readings\, this weekend will offer practices that are both reviving and restorative with an emphasis on the individual needs of students. \n\n\n\nSabine Bouvet  \n\n\n\nÉcouter la mémoire du corps. Je suis aussi journaliste de voyage\, basée à Lisbonne\, animée par le goût des mots\, de la rencontre avec soi et l’autre.  Formée au  Rebalancing en Allemagne\, puis en Californie et aujourd’hui au BMC en Italie\, une approche somatique (soma = le corps vivant)\, à chaque fois dans des lieux en pleine nature qui m’ont subjuguée ; j’ai retrouvé cette harmonie dans ce lieu unique au Portugal où j’aimerais vous emmener.
