She was also a finalist in the Irish Freemasons Young Musician of the Year. As a composer\, Laoise has had works commissioned by the National Gallery of Ireland and Matheson LLP. \n\n\n\n3pm\, 4pm and 5pm (20 mins each) \n\n\n\nFeis Ceoil\, renowned in Ireland\, Feis Ceoil for its classical music festival that presents the best of young Irish musical talent. Her style is characterized by exceptional technical mastery and an ability to infuse each track with a lively energy\, combining limpid melodies with bold variations. \n\n\n\nMicky Fearon\, singer and guitarist from County Armagh\, Ireland\, grew up in a family deeply rooted in traditional Irish music. He invites you to discover the techniques of accompanying on guitar or bouzouki\, inspired by traditional songs from Micky’s native region. \n\n\n\nSinéad and Micky will each lead a parallel masterclass lasting a total of 3 hours\, divided into two 90-minute workshops with a break in between. Her music enchantingly weaves together pop\, touches of R’n’B and jazz and Middle Eastern music. And\, Stephen James Smith will recite his critically acclaimed poems including some written during his stay in Paris.

At nightfall\, from January 29 to February 14\, the CCI courtyard will be transformed into an enchanting garden\, populated by creatures in human and plant form\, and enhanced by a soundtrack composed by Colm O Snodaigh and Brian Hogan\, both members of the famous traditional world band Kíla.  \n\n\n\nCome and wander through this sculpture-lit forest\, embodying the hope and community spirit so dear to the festival! \n\n\n\nDrinks and foodtruck in the courtyard
