When we honour the seasons both in Yoga\, Ayurveda and Chinese med practices we then arrive in the next season with a fuller vitality and health of mind\, body\, heart.  \n\n\n\nAll can stay after the Face Yoga session to gather and enjoy a picnic together. Pot Luck style so bring some nibbles and drinks to share among old and new friends.
