DESCRIPTION:La Rentrée afternoon musical delights for all to enjoy at the Irish Cultural Centre Paris 5th \n\n\n\n\n\nLaoise McMullin A pianist\, harpsichordist\, and composer\, she specialises in historically informed performance and 20th century music. Laoise is the recipient of numerous awards and bursaries\, including the Mabel Swainson Pianoforte Award at the Feis Ceoil 2025\, the Lumcloon Energy Award at the Birr Festival of Music 2025\, and the Lucien and Maura Teissier Bursary in 2023. She was also a finalist in the Irish Freemasons Young Musician of the Year. As a composer\, Laoise has had works commissioned by the National Gallery of Ireland and Matheson LLP. \n\n\n\n3pm\, 4pm and 5pm (20 mins each) \n\n\n\nFeis Ceoil\, renowned in Ireland\, Feis Ceoil for its classical music festival that presents the best of young Irish musical talent. The CCI is delighted to partner with this prestigious festival for the 4th year and host the talented Laoise McMullin in Paris.

DESCRIPTION:After last Faro Retreat success\, we will return end of September for an immersion into somatic healing\, yoga\, face yoga and meditation in one of the last paradises in Europe\, overlooking Cabo Sao Vicente\, next to Faro. With exclusive residency the uniqueness of this retreat is that there is an emphasis on individual needs with more therapeutic approach to take care of your mind\, body heart.  \n\n\n\nOur days will be filled with both regenerating and nurturing sessions of pure wellness through yoga\, somatics\, mediation\, face yoga\, body mind centering and art therapy and more. We choose this exceptional location in a wild untouched region soaked in Atlantic Energy and Southern light to allow time in connection (we all need yoga right now !) Breathing in the floral ocean breeze\, enjoying silence with just the waves and birds to feel the sun and wind on our being.  \n\n\n\n Fernando and Eva will host us in their lovely guest house. They will share their inspiring lifestyle with us and Fernando will prepare 3 nourishing meals a day from the harvest of his vegetable garden and orchard\, as well as other locally grown products.  \n\n\n\nCost includes Double  sharing 1350 per person (2 rooms with twin beds) or one double room.
