This is a place where history, natural beauty and mythology merge. This Yoga and Mindfulness Retreat offers a unique blend of physical, mediative and creative practice, alongside restful time out. There will be daily yoga and mindfulness sessions with Tina and Martin, designed to connect to our bodies and senses, and to develop a mindful approach to our daily lives. Over your four days, you will have ample time too to relax and enjoy the grounds and gardens, all rich in history, heritage and natural beauty.
