Irish Soda Bread

Ingredients

250g white flour (fluid)
250g complete
Heaped teaspoon baking soda(bicarbonate de soda)
500mls or less lait fermenté or full fat milk with lemon juice

Instructions

Instructions: Heat up the oven before you start makes a difference
Oven at 200C
You’ll need a big bowl
Hand mix all the dry ingredients
Make a well and add milk. Don’t use all at once as you need to see if it’s too wet. If it is add more flour.
With your fingers wide open mix it all together.
When it all comes together make a ball.
I use a quich dish. Sprinkle some flour
I put the dough straight onto the dish. I don’t handle it or anything
Kind of shape it into a round loaf
Make your cross frease important to let the fairy’s out
Bake until you get the smell of bread in the kitchen
Tap the bottom for a hollow sound

Tips

Let it cool completely before you cut it… Enjoy it lads. Remember practice makes perfect!
