Come to the Irish Cultural Centre for the first ever celebration in Paris of the International Uilleann Piping Day. The Association Irlandais in cooperation with Na Píobairí Uilleann in Dublin, and the support of Culture Ireland will celebrate this famous instrument and the visit of a great Irish piper, Peter Browne, who learned from the greatest (Séamus Ennis, William Clancy, Leo Rowsome).
