Wellbeing Walk with Helen in Fontainbleau

Meeting point: We will meet at Gare de Lyon from 7:45 to take the Transilien line R to Montargis at 8:16 am.
What you will see: During the day, we intend to walk around the forest for around 20 km! During the hike, you will see the Tour Denecourt, the fort of the Emperor, an observatory tower with a fabulous view over the Fontainbleau forest.
You will also see the Grotte d’Adam-Salomon, a small cave in the woods with engravings in hommage to the French sculptor from the 19th century, Samuel Adam-Salomon, who spent most of his life in Fontainbleau. His works are exhibited in the Musée d’Orsay, Invalides and the Château de Versailles!
