We are seeking a Sourcing and Recruitment Executive to support our luxury mystery shopping projects.

What Is Mystery Shopping?

Mystery shopping is a method used to evaluate customer service quality in luxury brand boutiques worldwide. It helps observe and enhance the performance of sales teams. We offer this service to leading European luxury brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact and recruit mystery shoppers and frequent travelers in countries such as the US, UK, France (foreign residents), Germany, Belgium, and the Netherlands.
• Clearly communicate project details to shoppers and candidates.
• Actively search for potential shoppers worldwide, under my guidance.

What We’re Looking For

• Native-level proficiency in German, Dutch, or English.
• Ideally, an international network or friends living abroad (not required).
• A quick learner who can confidently use our system (Shopmetrics). Training provided.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.

Working Hours

• Option 1: Part-time – Minimum 20 hours/week, flexible scheduling (ideal for students).
• Option 2: Full-time

Salary & Benefits

• €13.50 per hour
• French restaurant vouchers (usable at supermarkets and restaurants such as Auchan and Monoprix)
• Monthly renewable contract – typically opens every 9 months
• Primarily remote work, with one office day/week in the 15th arrondissement (usually Wednesdays)
• Office attendance required during the first week of training
