Shauna Kelly-Lefèvre

Based in Paris after working in several countries, Shauna was born in Athlone, raised in Dublin and loves mixing city and country lifestyles. What was to be a temporary séjour in France turned into an extended love affair with Paris and a very fulfilled career in banking. Shauna has worked for three of the largest French banks gaining over 20 years of experience while delivering services to SMEs and Corporates and managing both technical and sales teams in her various roles. Having then worked in Travel, FinTech and eCommerce companies, Shauna is driven to apply her learnings and skills to grow business across multiple sectors. An experienced international coach and manager, Shauna truly values social interactions and knows how people empower people through inspirational encounters and building relationships. In pursuit of these objectives, Shauna has instigated and participated in many group initiatives to enable communities to develop and network as well as handling programmes to avoid isolation and social distancing. With her passion for people, Shauna set up the initial Mná na hEireann group on WhatsApp. As the number of Mná members grew rapidly so did the flow of ideas to go further. Shauna developed a dedicated website for the Mna na hEireann for the Community to offer everyone a shared platform to bring more opportunities to meet, partner, empower, and engage throughout France and elsewhere. Shauna lives outside Paris, has three grown up children, loves returning to the homeland, music, biking, and socialising.
