Alana Kelly-Lefèvre

Born in Dublin to an Irish mother and a French father, Alana spent her early years immersed in the diverse cultures of Asia and the Middle East. Later, she was raised in her father’s homeland, just outside Paris, until completing her Bacalaurat. Drawn to international experiences once more, she ventured to Munich for her studies, earning a dual French-German engineering diploma with a focus on Production and Automation. Driven by a passion for innovation and technology, she thrives and enjoys a good work life balance in Germany, contributing her skills and applying her efficiency as Head of Operations in an international exoskeleton company.
Living abroad strengthened her resolve to maintain contact with her roots, prompting her to join the Mná na hEireann group, where she supports and assists the Mná Team by tackling technical challenges and providing insightful solutions.
