Role 1 – BVA Mystery Shopping – International Market Research Project Assistant (Temporary contract, CDD – minimum 6 months)
Summary: BVA Mystery shopping international fieldwork department searches for a temporary employee for 6 months or more, native English/German speaking (ou langue native français, bilingue en anglais.) Assisting project managers on international mystery shopping projects with the use of a specific computer software system. Work-from-home 4 days a week, 1 day in the office in La Motte-Piquet Grenelle metro line 6. If you wish you to come the office more often, you’re more than welcome to do it.
Job content:
Assisting project managers on fieldwork management on retail and luxury brands’ mystery shopping programmes. Since we outsource missions to mystery shopping partners worldwide located in Europe, Middle east, North America and Asia, we coordinate with them daily. Your major task is to contact outsourced partners, ask them for additional information to correct and edit a questionnaire written by partners’ mystery shoppers mostly in English.
The objective is to make the luxury clients learn what happened exactly on each mystery visit in their boutiques all over the world. You may also learn to set up and do programme briefings for partners worldwide. The project managers handle daily issues with partners and other internal teams and follow up the fieldwork from A – Z and you’ll assist them. If you succeed to learn all these tasks, you would have the opportunity to manage a luxury or retail project yourself from A to Z with manager’s guidance. It would certainly be your precious international project management experience.
You can leverage this experience and boost your sales skills later to future international companies. Our American colleagues who worked in this position already got promoted as international project manager in permanent contract. They’ll be glad to share their experience with you.

Role 2 – BVA Mystery Shopping – Sourcing & Recruitment Assistant – Luxury shopping projects (Temporary contract, CDD – minimum 6 months)
Job content:
Contact and locate mystery shoppers and worldwide travellers across the US, UK, France, Belgium, Holland…etc. This role requires someone who can clearly communicate luxury mystery shopping projects to people who are interested in being mystery shoppers. Mystery shopping is a way to evaluate customer service quality in luxury brands’ boutiques. This role requires searching for people worldwide to do these mystery shopping visits, including posting announcements and sending messages to find potential mystery shoppers. This position requires a natural people person with charisma, and good networking skills. An English speaker is required.
What we are looking for:
We have this position opening every 9 months.
For Role 1 & Role 2:
Working hours: 35 hours a week, 7 hours a day.
Salary: 13,50€ per hour + 150€ French restaurant tickets you can also do grocery shopping at supermarkets such as Auchan and Monoprix.
