La Parisienne – September 2026 : running, walking….

You don’t need to be a runner as this is an event that you can run, walk, crawl….,well worth the day out!

Individually or as a team, this wonderful “race” that is not one, through the streets of Paris is such an incredibly fun experience. From Pont d’Iena by the Eiffel Tower to the Champs de Mars by the Ecole Militaire, imagine the beauty of this course!

La Parisienne, this year the theme is “Amazonne”, was created to raise reserch funds for breast cancer.

The atmosphere is electric and “bon enfant”. Bring your friend, mother, daughter, grand-daughter, this all-women- race (the odd guy dresses up!!) is well worth the small amount of pain that a 7K run/walk can bring.
