Cézanne et Nous – Musée d’Orsay Paris

The exhibition aims to present broadly the work of Paul Cezanne (1839-1906) in light of his artistic heritage, in a constant dialogue, synthetic and unprecedented. It bears witness to the artist’s unparalleled posterity, from the moment when, as a recluse in Aix, some wonder whether there really exists, to the “Cezanne myth” of the 20th century, the founding father of pictorial modernity.
