Face Yoga Seasonal Workshop

Sunday morning Face Yoga 11h– Lift the mood – Release and regenerate the SKIN with fuller Lips/mouth focus.

Aligning with earth based practices this weekend as we move further in toward Yin season. When we honour the seasons both in Yoga, Ayurveda and Chinese med practices we then arrive in the next season with a fuller vitality and health of mind, body, heart.

All can stay after the Face Yoga session to gather and enjoy a picnic together. Pot Luck style so bring some nibbles and drinks to share among old and new friends.
