About the Event
Moving to France and having to deal with the French tax system can be a daunting task. Even with the best intentions, it is easy to make mistakes which can be quite costly to fix. Mna na hEireann is proud to partner up with the Message Paris to bring you an informative talk on the French Tax System as it applies to international residents in France. The talk will be led by Stephanie Mensah-Zukong of Elitax, a Tax service company based in France.
The talk will cover the following topics:
– French residence and underlying tax obligations
– Reporting requirements for international individuals living in France
– Common expat tax mistakes and how to avoid them
– Practical guidance on tax compliance in France

About our speaker:
Stephanie Mensah-Zukong, is a Senior Tax Consultant specialised in French taxation for individuals.
With over eight years of experience, she advises expatriates and international residents living in France on their French and international tax obligations, with a strong focus on tax compliance.
At Elitax, she works with both newly arrived individuals and long-term residents who have not worked with a tax specialist before. She helps clients clarify their tax position, identify reporting obligations and, where necessary, regularize past situations in order to remain fully compliant with French tax regulations.
She is committed to making French tax rules clear, practical and accessible, particularly for individuals who may feel overwhelmed by the French tax system.
