The “My name is Orson Welles” exhibition at the Cinémathèque française, from 8 October to 11 January 2026, explores the rich career of the celebrated American director Orson Welles. It focuses on the film “Citizen Kane”, a masterpiece of the 7th art made in 1941, and explores the many facets of the genius of Orson Welles, a key figure in 20th-century cinema, as well as an actor, producer, director, writer, draughtsman, magician and sculptor.
