The Château de Beaulieu is situated at the heart of the Loire Châteaux region, just 10 minutes away from Tours’ city centre. The closest château is Villandry, just 8km away. The hotel, nestled at the summit of the Cher vineyard, overlooks the plain with a view that reaches the city of Tours and its cathedral. This unique panoramic view at the heart of the untouched surrounding countryside provides the hotel with an authentic tranquillity and a slower pace of life.
The Château de Beaulieu also has a its own park with magnificent French gardens. The authenticity and character of the surroundings never fail to charm our guests.
Jean-Marc Lozay and his team create an inventive gastronomic cuisine that is simple, yet refined, and which is accompanied by some of the best wines in France. The cellar houses around 250 different vintages.
This dining experience is inspired by the daily market, regional products, the herbs grown in the château’s vegetable garden and the rhythm of the seasons. You will find some great French classic dishes on the menu, such as the Sainte Catherine de Fierbois squab with a foie gras crust, and a warm Grand-Marnier soufflé.
