Ipsos BVA fieldwork department runs and deploys international mystery shopping projects all throughout the year. Ipsos meets their clients’ challenges in the Retail sector by deploying Mystery Shoppers on missions to stores and in airports. Their global panel of shoppers collects insights across customer sale points, observing and registering their feedback in real time.

Why ? 

The objective is to obtain feedback for Ipsos BVA luxury clients who wish to learn what happened exactly on each mystery visit in their boutiques all over the world.

What Ipsos BVA is looking for:
