Located in the old Arceau village, a cul de sac, on a small, quiet street typical of the island in one of the most authentic parts of the island. Adjacent to the salt marshes where the most beautiful nature is found on the island (migrating birds, deer, dragonflies, butterflies). The house is quiet and has a garden entirely enclosed by stone walls so that your vacation is as peaceful as possible. The house has a large living room with fireplace, a well equipped kitchen with dining area, two bathrooms and two bedrooms, one of which is on 1st floor. There is also a scullery and a private terrace at back of house. There is a large garden with lots of scope to eat outside, deck chairs etc. It is about 10 mns by car to the beaches and 20 mns by bike via cycle paths. There are beaches on the ocean side as on the mainland side. 15 mns by bike to St Pierre market / bakery where there is also a pedestrian shopping street, a wonderful bookstore and the Eldorado arthouse cinema.
